1: check fuses first.
2: check battery voltage next. 12.6vdc rested, no less.
if less charge the battery with a charger.
3: scan it is next. all use cars scan 1996 + with any scan tool.
you willl see, errors, called DTC , post them.

if that fails, and hot wiring the starter it cranks?
then we attack the key switch.
the start line on the switch must go to 12vdc cranking
10 to 12vdc if start actual works (this loads down the volts on average to 11v)'

make sure the starter relay closes,
the relay only closes in park and neutral.

There is a fuse for windows. However, if only one window is non operational, there is either a short specifically affecting that window or the motor for the window is broken.

if you cant crank engine in gear, the clutch is bad.
hint, it can be the clutch actuators not the deep inside parts.

Car will crank but not start. so I pushed the car and popped the clutch in 2nd gear and it will not start either.

Check the battery cables for clean and solid connection.

I had this problem with mine, if you turn the switch fully to the left, then press and hold the middle button for 5-10 secsonds, you'll hear a beep which deactivates the sunroof and blind, wait a minute then press and hold the button again to re-activate and it should all then be sorted, it sometimes does a little dance with the blind while sorting itself out, mine has been fine ever since. Hope that helps.

Find out where the noise is coming from. From your description, it sounds like the key warning buzzer is being activated when it should not be. A quick fix for this is to disconnect the buzzer. (the switch that turns it on is in the steering column and a real pain to get to) After you disconnect it, Make sure everything you need is still working.. I don't think it's connected to anything else important.
