I'm not sure about the model number of your TV, as here it is marked as both "27MS343S and 32MF338B/F7". Anyway I gies this solution as for the first denoted.
Insert antena to the antena socket at the back side of your TV marked as 75Ohms antena input.
[1] Press "Menu" button on the remote control handset to display menu on screen.
[2] Press "Vol+ or Vol--" button repetedly to hilight "TUN" [Tuner].
[3] Press "Ch+ or Ch--" button to hilight 'AUTOPROGRAM"
[4] Press "Vol+" to programming tv channels.
Tv will tune and store channels transmitted channels at that time, through entire bands, and will display the first channel receved after tuning process completed. It may take some minutes. You have to wait it to complete. After displaying the first channel, you can select your favourite channel Using CH+ or CH--" buttons. Ok.

A good universal remote to use with that monitor is the RCA RCRN04GR, available at WalMart. I recently bought a 25" GE Remote Monitor XS Stereo from a Days Inn that was replacing all of those monitors with Flat Screen TV's. When I got it home I found that it would not go to channel 4 which was default with my COX Digital Cable Box. Channel 3 is the default channel on the monitor, so I ran an AV cable from the cable box, disconected the coax and hooked up the AV cable to the back of the TV and that solved the problem. if you are using cable box you only have 1 channel [3or4]
just add your channel or hook it to a/v input

When you select channels, the one that comes in the channel number will be green and if you manually select 03 it will probably be red. Hit menu and add channel 03

Get an external tuner and use that.

don't use auto programme.
use manual or semi auto.
you have to press the auto programme button a few times.

You will need a menu button to get to setup or channels for you to autoprogram the tv to find ALL the channels. AUTOPROGRAM is the word you need to find. If there is a menu button on the tv, then you can probably do it from there. If not, then you need the original remote from Admiral or at:
