You need format your hard disk... sorry but if your problem continues... is logical error or hardware error.

at what point does it stops, if it stops anytime before the desktop, go for start up repair, program probably corrupted. If no image starts up at all but you hear sounds normally during start up process, issue is on monitor or its cable, try different monitor.
