My wife has been using my blackberry 9720 and she signed in with her blackberry id. now I am using the phone and i have forgotten my blackberry id password and the problem is that i have exhausted all my 10 passwords attempts and even if i go to the forgot password option it keeps going access denied try again after 15 minutes.
With the blackberry account, you will have to contact customer service to reset it. If they can't do it, you'll have to create a new account. I used to sell the blackberries, but it has been a while. It used to you would have to contact customer service to send you a reset link, or reset it for you, but they may have changed it not so long ago, where you can only create a new account if you forgot your password.
