The best way is to buy the Full License from MICROSOFT... The other option is to download it from torrent then check if it has an activator. Install and Activate when download is finished.
First make sure there is no disk in your cd/dvd drive. Some users set there bios to boot from cd/dvd and forget there is a disk in the drive and then get this error. It no disk is in the drive, resart the computer and start pressing the F8 keyy until a menu comes up with options for Safe Mode. Also, you can choose to repair but you need the Operating System disk.
