Hamilton beach scovill stand mixer model 30. I need to know A) if I need to lubricate it in some way (I want to be sure I don't burn out the moter. B) if Hamilton Beach Mixer Dough Hook Model 587 Attachment will fit my mixer? and C) If I can find an owners manuel for this lovely machine?

e bay is allways a good place to start . but from what i have seen unless its a real "cream puff" 25.00 -50.00 is all your going to get .... you might just keep it right now ..... prices are real low ,people are not buying ANYTHING .........good luck

I have that same model, and though I cannot find any place to download the manual, I did manage to buy an old one for $7 on ebay (total of $11 with S & H). Etsy website also has vintage recipe books and replacement parts. www.etsy.com I just checked and both Etsy and Ebay vendors have copies of the Model K Hamilton Beach instruction manuals and recipes.
