On the 4346 mixer/grinder the clutch can't be adjusted. It is a Moorse clutch and will need to be replaced. If you ate handy buy the rebuild kit for the bottom end from Hobart. It's not cheap but once it's done it will last for years. Hope this helps, Food luck

Hi,

It needs new brushes on the motor. You can giving a sharp slap with your hand when it is switched on and running.
