I initialially ordered full set of Kevin kostner dvd's and received now I have 3 sets and have paid three times. Can u look up my order and how do I get a refund

You may also try contacting them using the "Contact Us" link on their homepage.

You may have to issue a claim on the UPS insurance. If it was just $5, order another one, the important thing is your granddaughter not the $$ (IMHO)

you need to contact PayPal, not Fixya, we only try to solve technical problems and etc, we don't do Pay Pal

If you've ordered anything via PayPal you can always contact the payee via their email address in the order history.

All of their information will be shown so that you can contact them in case you didn't receive what was ordered.

If you send them an email with the details of your order and what you actually received, and they choose not to resolve it (in most cases they will) you can always file a dispute with PayPal against the payee.

You'll need to enter all of the details of the order and what you actually received.

Once the dispute has been posted, the payee receives an email from PayPal informing them of the dispute.

The dispute is monitored by PayPal and if there isn't any resolution within a certain period of time set by PayPal, the payees account will show that they've chosen not to resolve a dispute and is displayed in their account.

I'd suggest contacting "Cats Paw" first and see what they do.

If they choose to ignore you, then you are in your rights to file a dispute.

under print settings make you have "collate" option checked. There are different ways to find this depending on which operating system you are using.

I believe Viore is the same as Samsung. I only noticed this by accident as I bought a Viore TV and my friend bought a Samsung and I noticed both remotes were identical. I tried the Samsung codes and the remote worked. Good luck! Kevin
