Can not dail out or receive calls on my Vadavi XTS phone system

sounds like you have phone service thru the internet. if so, unplug your router for 10 seconds and then plug back in. give it about 5 minutes to reset. This might do the trick?

try to check the telephone wire connections. or try to use the other phone box to test.

To use any of the phone features for SYNC such as making a call, receiving a text message, or using SYNC Services, you must first connect, or "pair" your Bluetooth-enabled phone. Pairing is what allows Bluetooth devices to communicate securely with each other.
Please note that SYNC can make and receive calls using only one paired phone at a time.

Before you start

There are a few things you should do before starting step 1:

• Make sure that your phone is compatible with SYNC
• Familiarize yourself with the controls in your vehicle

Turn on your

• Mobile phone
• Vehicle
• Radio/SYNC

Enable your phone's Bluetooth feature and make your phone discoverable.

Press the Phone button to access the Phone Menu. Press OK. Add a Device displays. Press OK.

SYNC prompts, "Press OK to begin pairing device." Press OK.

SYNC prompts, "Search for SYNC on your device and enter the PIN provided by SYNC." Press OK.

A six-digit number displays on the screen for three minutes, during which time SYNC actively seeks for the same number from your phone.

Type the number displayed by SYNC on your phone key pad.
Upon successful pairing, a message displays confirming the phone is connected.

Exit the phone pairing process by pressing the Arrows to select the Exit message and press OK to leave the Phone menu.

If power cycling does not work, the next step would be to reinitlize the phone system. Caution, this will erase all programming and revert back to factory default. I have found over the years that the STSe Database can get corruppted and cause this display read out. If power cycling does not fix it this usu does. If it does not then there is a motherboard issue. Good Luck.

Depends on what system you are using. The time is taken from the system, different systems have different programming codes.

The technician had to remove the memory module as the board tried to reset itself but the memory module was corrupted and would not allow the board to reset itself. The phone were reprogrammed and are working.
