You will need to reset it then it will come to default
password. unplug power cable then while powering on press the reset button simultaneously.

A user name and password prompt will appear. Type in admin (lower case) for the username and password. The username and password admin are the default username and password of TP-LINK Routers.

Disable the firewall on the router
If still no success then change the security key to WEP and if no success after that restart the player. else reset the roku player

When i had to change modem my roku will not work.

If your attempting to connect your Roku Streaming Player to a new modem/router, which has wireless capabilities, and you know the network password... You can simply connect your Roku device through the on-screen menu of your device. Just scroll down to the settings choice of the onscreen menu of your Roku device on your Television. The first choice under "Settings" should be "Network," and the next two choices when you click on Network will be "Wireless," and " Wired."
If you're connecting using an either-net cable, make sure the Ethernet cable is connected to both to Your Roku device, and modem/router, then Choose "Wired," and Roku should connect to the Modem/Router.
If you choose to connect to the network wirelessly, choose "Wireless."
Wireless will give you the current status of any connection, and at this point you can choose "Set up new WiFi connection." There you will find an option to scan for all available, or visible, wireless networks. After scanning you will get a list of visible WiFi networks, and if they're "Open" or "Secured." Your network will most likely be the strongest signal, and first in the list. When you choose your network, you will be asked to enter the network password... When done, hit connect/enter...
If your network is secured, and you don't know the password, let me know which model modem you have, and I should be able to walk you through obtaining, or resetting the password.

Upgrade to an ethernet cable connection between the router and the Roku. There is a slot on the side of the Roku box for it. This should enable you to enter the password- and give you a more stable streaming experience

I went to ROKU.COM/ LINK as asked and I dont know where to intrduce my code.

The www.roku.com/link is an address mistake. Once you have your new Roku setup on your home network, it will ask for the code from Roku. You have to go to the Roku site and set up your account where you give them your billing info. they need this in case you order some "pay for view" Chanel. Once that is done. Sign in to your account and on your account page at the bottom right of your page will be the "Link a Player" link to get your code, you then put in to the box on your Tv screen.

Router is connecting my computer - want to stream netflix - using a ROKU to stream - but it keeps telling me that it cannot connect to the internet, even tho my computer is connected. I have tried...

It seems that the wireless connection between the router and the ROKU is broken due to which you are not able to see the video. i am not sure about the settings of the ROKU but if you want then i can take the remote access of your computer and try checking the configuration of your router and roku (if possible)

I beleive its asking for your WEP Security Code. You must know it else you can ask your ISP(Internet Service Provider). If that dosent work out try this:
Go to control panel network connections and on wireless connection search for wireless connection available. If you find you wireless connection over there the connect to it. See if it ask for a password or not.
