It depends on why it is shutting down. Is it overheating? Is it full of dust or pet hair? Does it shut down normally showing you a shut down screen or does it merely turn off. If it turns off, then I would check fans and heat pipes. IF it shuts down with a shut down screen you would want to check your windows install.

Probably the cruise servo to sensitive to load will need to replace,when you shut off it resets til the next time.

IF the water wont shut off with the valve that is under the tank then you have to shut off the water to whole plumbing system.

You will have to change the volume controller and its circuit board.

You rstatment is odd but i think you said if you turn on the turn signal and have it turn it'self off by turning the steering wheel the engine shut's off but if you turn the signal off with the handle and everything is Okay? Or if you turn the wheel after making a turn the signal stays on till you turn it off with the handle. Or the car shuts off if you turn the whell with the turn signal on and as it shuts off the signal it stalls the car too.?

Are you talking about the gas shut off valve or a water shut off valve(if you have a boiler)? Either way if you can't shut it off you need to get it replaced. Good luck!!

having the same problem. it doesn'T Shut off immediately. but after 30 seconds or if I turn the volume up, then it shuts off

The proper way to shut down a computer is to click on START - Turn off Computer - then click Turn Off.
