Do you have engine code showing by chance? It's possible the crank sensor is bad or the connection to the ecm or pcm to the instrument cluster circuit board needs a look. If you need schematics check out www.promanuals.net they specialize in Dodge Ram service manuals.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to model category. For all the bolt torque specs you will need a service manual. For partial torque specs, you can Google 2006 Dodge Ram (the part) bolt torque

Idle flare is normal on all newer fuel injected cars. I think maybe you got a little paranoid,probably first spark plug change done by you. Gas milelage is easily explained in 2 ways, one the gov't is making the gas companies put oxygenated fuel into the gas & 2 you could go with a set of bosch oxygen sensors,pick up 15% more gas mileage

Probably the cruise servo to sensitive to load will need to replace,when you shut off it resets til the next time.

Vehicle is thinking its being stolen. Thats the purpose of the anti theft system, to shut vehicle . You may want to try another key( if key has a chip) in it. Also, system may not recognize key and repairs will have to be made.

Check drive side door a cover will be on it .Fuse .

Gurgling could mean the coolant is overheating and has air in the system. The rattling usually means something is loose, could be a loose connecting rod, or bearing cap, could also be a loose bracket or motor mount, to be on the safe side, do a compression check to make sure all compressions are good and within limits.

There is no tach sending unit ,the cluster itself is the trouble with the tach

The low reading tach issue is due to one or several microchips soldered on to back of cluster circuit board have either weak or cracked solder connections. These weak connections will cause the tach to read incorrect. Over time, the tach reading will become more erratic until complete failure occurs. An electronics repair shop or automotive gauge repair service should be able to correct this issue at a reasonable cost compared to $900+ replacement cost at a dealership. Good luck. Need to see what the engine code is, and we can diag it from there

po700 is just telling you to check the transmission control module for transmission codes. May need a dealer or high tech reader for this.
