SOURCE: DISABLED PREPAID SERVICE

Just call net10 and look for technical support and wait for the option talk with a representative....say that you was playing with the cell phone options and don't know why the phone now display that message...they will give you a big code that you need to enter in the (menu>prepaid>code entry mode> enter the code>press ok), the phone will display "code accepted" go back to your home screen and that's it! phone come back to normal...

SOURCE: it is prepaid tracfone and

Here's what I did:

1. go to www.tracfone.com
2.click on service and support.
3.click technical support
4.enter your phone's serial number (you can get that by clicking on your phone's prepaid icon, then scroll down until you see serial number.
5. Click select

6. write down the number

7. On the Tracfone serial number box, write your serial number.

You'll then have to fill out a brief form (name, address, phone number, email, nature of the problem).

8. Tracfone will send you an email with simple instructions on how to reprogram you phone. It's usually just a matter of clicking Code Entry Mode and entering the codes Tracfone tells you to.

All in all it's pretty easy and a whole lot quicker than calling tech support on the phone.

Hope this helps someone

I bought a Samsung model SCH-U440 at a garage sale, the previous owner just decided to upgrade her phone with the renewal of her contract. The phone works great, but it is locked to US Cellular and I have...

For IMEI number, take a look under the battery. There should be a 15 digit code and that is IMEI

Or, if it powers on, press *#06* and the 15 digit number displayed on screen is your IMEI
