Check to see if there is a back light glow to the screen of the tv when you plug it in with a power cord. Use a flashlight test and shine it against the screen to see if there is an image. If there is no image then your T-con board could be defective. The T-con board is the part of the tv that gives you image/video. Have a certified tech come out and check it and replace the tv if you still have warranty.

SOURCE: no picture

It sounds like the backlight is out. If you can see a faint image that changes then this is the case. You either need to send in for repair or replace. It can if you are lucky be a connection. You can try removing the video cable and try another source or cable.

Hi, I've got a plasma LG 50PB5600 - ZA If I turn the tv on after being out of power for long time, it may come up with a picture and stays for ages. Once I try to change chanel or something the screen goes...

Plasma TV's are no longer available. Even if you decide to repair....at minimal you will need to replace three boards. Power supply, buffer boards and sometimes a Y board. At its best it may operate for three months and go down. This TV has served its purpose. Shop new. Thanks for asking, Matt of Martins TV Repair.

Why do my Samsung LED TV turn on with correct sound but don't have picture. The screen stays black. I've already changed my power supply card by a new one?

If TV menu comes on try another source via hdmi could be a source issue with hdcp or copy guard issues. Sound isn't copy guarded but picture is.

My plasma t.v model lnr328wx comes on with sound but no picture.

I don't know if your using an antenna or other source but one quick test to see if your TV can display is to push the display or menu function. If your screen stays black then your TV has a problem and needs serviced. If your screen shows a menu then you may have a problem with the source video.
Try to elaborate more on your hook-up, it can be most helpful in solving display problems.

Lg 42inch plasma

Sounds like main board failure and or power board failure. You need to contact manufacturer and describe problem for tech support. Some of the parts in Samsung TVs have lifetime warranties. Change out of two board is about an hour job and service call is usually comped. Hope this helps. J
