1.Driver Lan Doesn't work correctly. You can Remove driver it and Reinstall again.Or only Enable Lan Adaptor.
2.Connector RJ45 Bad. You can Try to change New Connector or cable.
3.You Modem Doesn't work correctly. You can Try to Reset and Setting follow Manual of Modem.
kindly check the LAN hardware ver and company is it same with your software if same than tell weather it is excepting or totally not excepting the driver and tell me also the error code
remove the rj45 cable of your router then reconnect to the lan port found at the back of your PC. then you will have internet connection. After that download the latest router driver found at the manufacturers website. After that you may now return the rj45 cable to your router. Happy surfing!!
May be your rj45 cable is not crimped correctly or may be you are using a cross cable instated of straight cable or your lan drivers have some problem reinstall the LAN drivers
