code p 0180 refers to fuel temperature sensor A--circuit malfunction====causes wiring---fuel temperature sensor---ECM
it will most likely be the fuel temp sensor so call the dealer spares to get a price of that part ,then contact a reputable spares shop and see if there is a generic sensor that would be cheaper
the cost to fit will depend on the degree of difficulty and the shop doing the job

A good solution would be replacing the spare tire nut and cable. A solution is getting an aftermarket replacement like the one below. That should be safe enough to allow you putting the spare cable back in place under the van without safety concerns. Click on the picture below to open the page.
Note: If the problem is not the spare tire nut and cable but the rod attached to the chassis you will need to carry a welding job to fix a new rod to the chassis. In that case the repair must be done at the garage. If the problem is nut and cable I suggest buying the part shown above or an equivalent.

Check your lug nuts on the tire. They may be loose.
If you have the miniature spare, the problem is with the diameter of the mini-spare.
Several of the flashing lights can be due to the right tire spinning at a different speed than the left.
There is also the possibility that the car struck something and pulled a wire. There is also the possibility the car was not jacked properly and the jack pinched some parts under your car.
When you get the flat fixed have a certified mechanic look under the car when you switch tires.
