Possible bad igniter...igniter should read somewhere from 50-90 ohms. If not it is going bad. Remove igniter (don't touch carbon silicon rods) see if you see minute cracks or white spots. If ohms testing reads in 90 or above range , replace igniter. ( note some rheem, rudd and weather king igniters normal ohm range can be 130-150 ohms).. You might also want to check the igniters connections and control board module to make sure the the igniter is betting the proper voltage to get the igniter hot enough.. 110 volts or about is the input norm to the igniter.

SOURCE: Goodman GMH80905CN inductor running blower is not

Release the vacuum line and blow into it when it first starts. If this works then it is a bad pressure switch. If not then locate the safety sensors around the burner. Jump them out until the gas valve opens and lights the burner.

Have a Goodman GMT070-3B which the vent motor seems to be sticking. I took apart and cleaned the brushes and reassembled. The furnace will come on only after what seems like the vent motor comes up to...

The whole assembly must be replaced.

The sequence of operation is -

Combustion fan purges the heat exchanger. A pressure switch verifies combustion air fan is running. Usually a 30-45 second purge before the hot surface ignitor glows, or the spark ignition starts.

Gas valve opens after 10-15 seconds and main burners light. Control board monitors for flame and shuts gas valve after 2-3 seconds if main burner does not light.

If burner does not light, some boards repeat this for 3 tries, then locks out and is reset by cycling power.

Air blower comes on after another 30-45 seconds after main burner ignition.

Times may vary based on the specific controller board. A flow chart and timing sequence should be located somewhere on the unit, usually in the fan compartment.

Fan turns on and off rapidly

The fan cycling problem on the T23 series usually indicates a loose solder or missing inductor which is usually on the underside beneath the PCMCIA slot. If you replaced the mobo yourself you may have flexed what is a weak solder joint loose - you will need to pull the board and resolder this or have someone else do this for you. You can sometimes get the laptop to start by flexing the assembled laptop gently around the PCMCIA slot and if so then that almost always means an inductor problem. You can find some photos by googling (images) "T23 mobo" or "T23 motherboard".
