Well you can really just hook a USB cord into any cd player it has to come with one built into it already and if its not playing your burned cds then its probly of low quality or old. or it doesnt recognize the format that you are burning the cds with especially if your using windows media player to durn the cds some cd players dont read WMA files (windows media assotiated) files

Nothing you can here this was about the time when they introduced producting coding to stop people from making their own CDs ,copyright thing so buy one of them cheap radio transmitter things that plugs into the ciggy lighter and plays a SD card so put your music on this and play through a preset radio station tuned into the sender transmitter

I dont understand how to play mp3 player on my kenwood cd player.I have the cord to hook it up to my kenwood radio but i dont know how to get the mp3 to play.

Just plug the cord into the front of the cd player where it says "AUX" and then plug the other end of the cord into the headphone / line out jack on any ipod or mp3 player then select "AUX" instead of CD and the sound will come through the system

Only door speakers have sound on the cd mode

the amp requires a 12 volt power constant, and a 12 volt "on" signal. you prolly have the 12 v "on" hooked up to the car stereo's antennae remote, meaning your amp gets power when the radio is on, cuase the radio is sending a signal to the amp (thinking that it is sending a signal to the antennae to raise)

you do have one of those collapsable antennas, right?

I burned a cd and it wont play in the cd player i have a 2003 ford focus with a blapunk ford radio the cd is a rw

Most older factory car radios won't play a burned disc. You could try a cd(+ or -) r instead of a rw. But it probably won't work. Some cd players work better with a specific brand of disc too.
Specifications can be found at the radio manufacturers web site.

In 2003 mp3's and burning discs was new to car audio so the radio may not be compatable.

Mp3

If your truck radio is a factory cd player, the easiest way to play mp3 through it is probably to burn your mp3s to CD as an Audio CD. There are aftermarket car stereos that can play mp3s directly, whether burned straight to CD, on a USB stick or via built-in storage.
