it seems you a blockage.. can you hear the pump running?if you can you will need to unstop it I have done it with just a cloth hanger coming from the front in put side

fault E1 in manual states no inlet pressure. sometimes fault code shows if machine takes too long to fill. check for blockage in inlet pipe.

error code E1 refers to "lack of water inlet pressure" the valve the elctrically lets in the water might be at fault

Sounds as though the drain is blocked partially. E4 is the overfill code. Try cleaning out the drain.
