IF your bowl is stuck, then gently pry it with a thin flat edge screwdriver. If the bow is separated from the base then you will have to glue it. Watch the youtube video to see how she removes a bowl that is not damaged. http://youtu.be/OMrhdg7Jfa8

Their's a bowl under the carb, has a screw under it.Empty gas tank or clamp gas line, the bowl has trash in it,remove bowl,be careful, their's a rubber washer their, remove bowl and discard gas.it will come out when you remove bolt, have rags their to catch gas, wipe bowl out and put back on and start it up and hopefully that was it.Best to use a socket to remove bolt, make sure air filter is clean and plug is too.your gas tank may have trash in it,to clean is run good gas in it and let run out of gas line.Uf you want you can add a filter in the gas line going to carb,Lowe's has them. When you remove bowl, the float will go down, easy to do.You may have to remove the air filter assembly to get to bowl.
Try this procedure:--
It usually goes something like this, with minor variations depending on model number:1.Remove the work bowl completely from the base 2.Plug the food processor in and turn it on 3.Use a pen to depress the dark grey/black button on the base – if it spins, proceed 4.Put the work bowl on the base with the handle facing the front of the food processor – slide the work bowl until it locks - the white tabs show in the openings on the bottom of either side of the work bowl 5.Place the lid on the work bowl with the tab slightly left of the center of the work bowl handle – slide the lid counterclockwise until it won’t slide any more 6.Place the pusher sleeve in the feeder tube of the lid with the lock facing the front of the food processor (may vary depending on model) 7.Slide the lock to the right into the locked position The food processor should now work. This will help.Good luck.
You don't say what model, but all Cuisinarts have a safety interlock built in to the bowl assembly. The cover must be removed from the bowl to release this interlock before you can remove the bowl from the motor base.
Remove air cleaner and replace filter. Spray carb cleaner in choke at choke flapper. Remove carb float bowl and clean. check float bowl screw for hole thru it, clean out with thin wire if present, reattach bowl and screw, ensure gasket on top of bowl is good, Have mower model no. get new bowl gasket kit at mower repair store.
Removing the Rear Upper Panel ( the one with the slot vents in it) may give you the access you need. If not, take everything that is loose out of the Grill Bowl and remove the grill head from the top of the cart base (4-screws hold it on the base). Also, removing the hood (lid) first, will not only lighten the load, it will allow you to turn the grill head upside down, if necessary, without damaging the lid or the hinges.
You will need to remove the bowl first, then take a pliers and straighten the bent
mixer arm. If this is not possible, then the mixer arm will need to be removed,
then try and straighten it. If this does not work, replace the arm with a new one.
You parts book should show you the correct part to order.
What you have is a very very wet climate! The engine is pushing the water out when you run it and it mixes with oil to become white and milky. As long as you change your oil every 25 hrs or so this shouldnt be a big problem. This wet condition is probably why you have to prime it by hand to start it as well. You need to remove the carbs bowl *(located on the bottom of the carb. It usually takes a half inch wrench to remove the bolt *(also the main jet) from the bowl.
Gently lower the bowl with your finger covering the hole where the bolt goes through so you can look at the fuel and see if you spot any water droplets in the fuel. Severe water will be a pool in the bottom of the bowl. You can then dump the fuel and look for water drops again.
If you find water in the fuel you should empty the entire fuel system and let it dry out. You can then put the bowl back on the carb and refill with fresh gas. Be sure the empty and dry your gas can too. They also accumulate water!
When this is all done. You might consider storing your mower higher off the ground or in a cool dry place.
Sounds like one really crappy and dumb dealer if you ask me. Yes, they usually have gas in the tank on the showroom floor. Yes, varnish can build up while on the floor. The good thing is that cleaning a carb is not very hard.
Remove the water trap bowl at the bottom of the petcock, (gas valve). Is there any water or trash in the bowl? Drain a cup of gas from the tank. Is there any water or trash in the cup? Dump it, clean it and re-mount it, ( not all bikes have a water trap bowl ). Drain the carburetor. There should be a screw on the lower side of the carb float bowl. Remove the screw then replace it after the fuel drains. Turn the gas back on and wait a minute for the carb to fill with gas. Install a new stock NGK spark plug and try to start the engine. If the bike doesn't start and run properly then shut off the gas and remove the carburetor from the engine.
Remove the float bowl and clean the entire carb with a spray carb cleaner from the auto parts store. Wear protective goggles to avoid getting spray in your eyes. Spray into all the little airways and fittings in the carb. Remove the idle screw and the air screw on the outside throat of the carb and spray into the screw holes as well. < < READ CLOSELY > > Be sure to put these two screws back in the same hole they came out of. IMPORTANT > do not tighten these two screws down. Only screw these in until they LIGHTLY seat. Now turn each screw one and one half turns outward. Put the rest of the carb back together, clean the air filter and install the carb. Let the float bowl fill then start the engine. This process should get you back on the road.
