You can download the DVD and device drivers from the Samsung WEB site. Please click on this link and select your model computer/notebook and the Windows drivers you require :-. http://www.samsung.com/us/support/

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Applications
3. Go to Manage applications
4. Go to all tabs
5. Gp to "Market" applications
6. "Clear Cache" then "force stop" - DO NOT CLEAR DATA
7. Now go to "google service framework" applications
8. "Clear data" then "force stop"
9/ Reboot your machine/

I have a CD that came with my GPS and I dwonloaded the maps to a 1GB SD card usinf a slot on my computer, Then I put it in my GPS and rebooted it by holding down the on/off switch to power down. Then repeat to reboot.
