To be able to send MMS you must have the VAS of MMS activated on your number by the service provider. Call up their help line and get it activated. Whatever settings they ask you to configure do that.

How to open = It depends on your phone and your mobile service provider - you need to configure your phone to receive/send mms (just call your service provider they will help to setup).
Better yet - if your phone has access to internet use whatsapp or viper apps to send or receive photos/videos. Its a much more easy than mms

Hi, MMS seetting required for using MMS serviece(GPRS seetting and MMS setting is different). To get the MMS setting please call your service provider. They will send you the MMS setting.After you receive please save the settings to your phone. Then you can start send and receive MMS without ant problem.

1st u call ur provider then they can send ur mms setting... after that u go to camera setting and set ur quality 0.3,,, then u can send mms msg..
conclusion.. u cant send mms on nokia c3 because your picture size is big when u set camera 2.0.. u need set camera 0.3 u can send mms below 100kb.. if more then 100kb.. u cannot sent mms. but u must know..0.3 quality same like 2.0 have a nice day guy.. u got a problem just let me know ok.
If you want to send message with a picture attached, it means you are sending MMS..To send or recieve MMS you should should have a MMS SETTINGS, think you dont hace MMS setting in your phone.
My advice is ask the operator to send the MMS settings, they may send it through air and save it to your mobile, restart your mobile and you should able to MMS after then...

You have to contact your Service Provider to get your MMS/GPRS Settings.
Call your Service Providers and ask them to send the settings, they will ask you Your Phone Brand/Model and will send you a Push Message, save it and the settings will be there.
