According to the directions: Press B - bottom left button,to go into Alarm Mode. Press D - upper right button - to activate the alarm and press again to activate the Chime, which shows on bottom left as a bell. To activate these press D. To DEACTIVATE them press D again. Press B 3 times to return to Time Telling Mode. It took a few tries, but D and B are the keys to stopping that annoying chime!

To turn hourly beep on/off: Hold the RESET button (lower right) and press the MODE button (lower left). When the days of the week light up, the hourly beep is on; when the days of the week are off, the hourly beep is off.
To turn the alarm on/off: Hold the RESET button and press ST/STP (upper right). Alarm light will go on/off.

often this is a setting on the watch face. in my experience it is a bell looking object. for most sport watches, pressing a combination of the start and stop buttons will effect this setting. More Detail on the particular watch and i can be of more help
