You will need a pdf reader on your pc, you will find all instructions in there.

press the mode button, look for H.SET, press and hold adjust button, the digital time appears, push the upper right button to move the hands, place it what time you want. press adjust to finish. press mode to back in time mode. i hope this will help you.
