EW30IS6CJS model f11 error code. What does it mean ? Brand new appliance, has had it only for a month!

We bought this oven too for our newly renovated home, we used it for six days before it failed due to an electronic error (F6E6: Appliance Manager 1 Board Communication). After a failed warranty repair attempt and multiple phone calls/complaints we eventually got Whirlpool to agree to give us a new oven. We had to wait six MONTHS for this new oven to arrive due to it being out of manufacture. Our second oven arrived and worked for 8 weeks until this weekend, it failed again with an F6E6 error! Now to try and get it repaired replaced!

There is obviously something wrong with the electronic design or poor-quality components are being used. We strongly recommend you do not buy this oven.

We bought a matching combi oven from the same range which means we have to stick with this oven or we will end up with ovens that don't match in a brand new kitchen!

A E1-F1 or E1-F2 is a faulty touchpad.

Hey Kenneth, I understand that you are receiving an "F11" error message on your Frigidaire Electric Range. I understand that your Frigidaire wall oven is beeping and showing an F11 error code. I suggest hard resetting your appliance, by cutting the power at your homes circuit breaker for 3-5 minutes. While you are resetting your oven, make sure to wipe down the control panel. The panel is very sensitive and could be detecting something that has splashed or spilled onto it, even dust. When you bring power back to your appliance you will need to start by setting the clock. I do not know what the error code f11 means on your appliance but I do know that if you cannot find it in your manual you will obtain the information you require from the manufacturer or a reputable dealer or service engineer. If this error code relates to an open door and you are satisfied the door is properly closed then the switch that closes the circuit that permits your oven to operate is not operating. This may be due to the oven door seal stiffness being just enough to keep the switch contacts apart or it may be due to dirt or grease preventing a clean electrical contact being made.

I know what you mean. I was cooking with this appliance tonight and suddenly it displayed an f-3 code. My advantium oven is less than 8 months old. Not sure how this happened or how to fix the problem. In order to sleep tonight (the constant beeping) I had to shut power off at the breaker pannel. Is this representative of the the type of quality that GE stands for???? I am sooo frustrated. I cook with my advantium oven all the time and love the dual abilities of this appliance. Like I said this is brand new and to have the f-3 code which apparently (from what I read) is a failed key pad. I am very dissapointed and am begining to think about pulling my stock from this company!
