Most of those Windows to USB applications are for creating an Windows USB installation, not actually installing an operational OS on the USB. Does that make sense?
You would have to run the setup and choose the drive to where to install the OS. This would mean you would have to do it from a CD/DVD disc or have two USB drives, but this may cause a conflict.

Im assuming you want to delete browsing history. You can go to Internet options in the control panel and delete browsing history there but to completely remove history files you need to delete the index.dat file.
This file, if you're using windows XP can be found in different places:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Cookies\index.dat C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\History\History.IE5\index.dat C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\History\History.IE5\MSHistXXXXXXXXXXX\index.dat C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\index.dat C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\UserData\index.dat
If you are using a different operating system, just search for index.dat and make note of the locations.
Once you've noted where the locations are you need to restart the computer and log in using safe mode. In safe mode pull up a cmd screen by going to start>run> then type cmd and hit enter.
In the cmd screen change directory by using the command cd C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\UserData for example and then del index.dat (to delete the index.dat file).
This is a system files. These are basic file's in a window directory.Regarding aquatica.dat, it is a multimedia file component.
You can repair this by downloading .dat file from .dat database. You can easily search the file online and add it. If you purchase a software, it would cost you certain bucks. Better reinstall windows or restore.
Computer can be affected by the missing of these files. It depends on How many files are missing, configuration of the PC, Virus, Malisware, Adware etc.
The simple option - Restore or Reinstall, if not a tech.
first insert your pendrive. Now right click on my computer.Go to manage option . select disk management. From that you must select your drive letter for your pen drive.Go to Action menu near to File menu.Fromthat select all tasks and select formatting. Then again goto all tasks and select change drive letter and paths.select the drive letter and your problem is solved. thanks for asking your problem.
(WARNING: After running this low level format tool, the whole USB flash disk surface will be fully erased. Therefore, data restoration will be impossible after using this utility!)
