Hi I have just dumped an Epson stylus printer for a lexmark x7675 after trying to reinstall the epson software several times.having dumped the original software to load my new printer software this is still an issue.I am on osx version 10.4.13 have you any solutions? Many thanks Steve Finn

Get a windows 7 driver for the printer or an update from epson, un-install the old one then reinstall the upgraded software.It did the same with my Lexmark,but I did get the newer driver from Lexmark and it worked out fine.

Driver could be corrupt. Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
