I want to add printer . So i click add printer then local printer then i choose the brand but i could not find the model.
It's IBM------INFOPRINT 1422.

select your operating system, then download and install the appropriate drivers.
If you are doing it as a local printer ( parralel cable or USB it can be done through Start, Settings, Printers and faxes, Add a printer.
Network is different.
You have to assign or let it get an IP address from the network.
You can enter it manually in the printer
Hit the left arrow to
Network menu
hit select
Standard net setup
hit select
Print ( to print out the network settings)
scroll to TCP/IP
select
enter IP manually by scrolling to each number and hitting select
