I would recommend looking into different models. The Plantronics Discovery 925 is a great model out now, but depending on your price range, there should be a great number of solutions from manufacturers like Plantronics or Jabra
You can have Bose replace the headset for you (new w/ 1-year warranty), but if it's past it's current 1-year it will cost you $60.Unfortunately Bose doesn't supply parts for that headset, but you could try using plastic adhesive as a low-tech fix. First Google search result for plastic adhesive:http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/Windows/Doors/Product-Information/Products/Adhesives/Plastic-Adhesive/ .
i know that these are very exspencive headphones, they were 100 dollars, and they are great. unfortunitally, these cannot be fixed without getting new headphones, sorry!!!
That's your heatsink, and it's very dangerous for the computer to run for long without it... Laying the computer on its side does not harm it, but running it without properly installed cooling aides can be.
I suggest that you contact the manufacturer. Since your computer is less than a year old, hardware issues like this should be covered.. Just don't listen to them when they say reinstalling your OS can fix it, hah hah.
Do you usually use the handsfree ear piece? Try pluggin in the handsfree ear piece and see if you can hear something. The 6515 has a known issue with the system where by the phone thinks its in handsfree ear piece mode when there isnt a ear piece plugin. Try pluging and unpluggin the ear piece until it works
I have the same problem. come to find out after about 10 minutes of investigating I found that a little plastic piece that holds a small hook shaped metal piece broke off and the metal piece is not making contact somehow to tell the printer that the black ink cartridge is actually in there
I broke mine, and called the company. They sent me a new one. It took two calls to get it, because for some reason the first person never sent the request on to the out going mail department. No charge to me, either.
