The screen lags only on the right side of my screen

Lags and freezes sometimes are caused by your PC CPU's capacity, your internet connection, and the screenrecorder you use. I suggest you check these reasons. Cyberpunk 2077 is such a burden to your PC's hardware. What screenrecorder do you use? Maybe you try the light one.

You are right, it should not...Check your device manager and see if there is any problem listed there (the little yellow exclamation mark) against the Dynadock. Also check on Windows site if your device is listed as compatible with Win 8 ... Just some ideas, hard to tell just by description.

This "shutter lag" is a common situation with most compact point&shoot cameras. The camera has to do a lot of work when you press the button, including acquiring focus, metering the exposure, and switching the circuitry from displaying on the screen to recording to memory. More sophisticated (and more expensive) cameras have more hardware to reduce this lag.

You can reduce the shutter lag by anticipating the action. Press the shutter release button halfway to focus and meter. Keep it pressed halfway until the right moment and then press it the rest of the way.

You might have a Service Co. come out and look at it. It sounds like the Z module is not doing it's job of erasing all prior images after a scene change. Some models there are adjustments for that internally. ( only for a tech ) Start a paper trail now.
