This is a problem with break wire. I too expierienced this. It is NOT a problem with radio. You need to ground the break wire in the harness. It is a protection wire so that it knows the emergency break is on. In other words it is supposed to stop you from watching movies while driving. Grounding the wire disbales the feature thinking the break is on. If you want to use the safety feature properly it should be connected to the emergency break switch that is grounded when pulled up or on.
i have a Lada... an old Russian Car, but runs ok... i do not have a handbrake.... so i try the first solution, ground the Parking Wire (a white and green wire)
and now, the Warning message is gone... but a blue screen is showed... and i don't know what to do... i can't ear nothig but the radio... no DVD, CD, USB... nothing....
please.. help me!!!
I am not sure... but if I remember correctly the radio may have a reverse wire also that is for turning on a Reverse viewing Camera while backing up. It sounds as if you have the wire for reverse camera viewing connected wrong and it is trying to view a reverse camera. To test my theory... try hooking a composite VCR video output or any other Composite video device to the reverse camera input on the radio. If you see a picture from the connected device on the screen... then you have wired the reverse connection wrong. I am not sure this radio has the reverse camera... but it sure seems likely. Good luck!
