Pumps out instead of recirculating

I have replaced the diverter valve, but it continues to pump out instead of recirculating. Is there a way to get the wires and replace them?

Is the valve installed the right way.
When diverter valve is powered will pump water over bowl.
Your motor controller board may be faulty,
And need diverter driver parts replaced.
Set you machine to Traditional wash only to bypass
Eco active filling that users diverter valve.

SOURCE: F & P - GWL10 - Diverter Valve issue

Sounds like you might have the drain hose too far down the stand pipe and it's siphoning, try bringing the drain hose up a little.

Fisher Paykel Washer GWL11 - I have replaced the Drain Pump,Pump Hose,Diverter Valve. First test: Diverter was in wrong.Drained,but tub didn't fill orrecirculate. Fixed it. Now ONLY recirculates.

After filling with a small amount of water it will recirculate for a while then fill again to a higher level. To recirculate the divertor has to heat up and expand the operating plunger. It takes a long time to cool & move back to the drain position. You may be advancing from recirculate to drain too quickly. Allow at least 2 minutes before trying to drain water.

Vista pro 711 blows water out waist on filter setting what am i doing wrong

Hi. Have you disassembled the multiport valve recently? If so, then the diverter and or handle was improperly aligned.
If all other functions work as they should (waste, backwash, recirculate,rinse or closed then there is an issue with a worn diverter (or spider gasket) or the diverter valve stem is hanging up slightly. valve top would need to be disassembled and lubed.

Error code 52

51. (00110011) Phase 5 ECO - Recirculation Fault
The product has detected that it is losing water during recirculation.
Primary Source - Diverter Valve Wiring
Action - Check diverter valve harness is correctly fastened to diverter valve. Check flying lead
in motor controller, and connection to valve next to drain pump.
Secondary Source - Diverter Valve
Action - Check diverter valve resistance. If open circuit (nominal is 1500 ohms) replace
diverter valve. During recirculation, check that water is being recirculated back into the bowl,
and that no water is coming out of drain hose. If there is some water coming from the drain
hose, then the diverter valve could be faulty, or it could be jammed with a foreign object.
Replace diverter valve.
Tertiary Source - Motor Controller
Action - The diverter valve drive circuit may be at fault. If the primary and secondary checks
pass inspection then replace the Motor Controller.

Fisher and paykel IW812 error code 12 and 37, sometimes it won't drain, just beeps at me, now it's just started to coniually fill while draining.

12. (00001100) Phase 1 to 6 - Flood Protection Error
The Motor Controller module has found the water level to be above the flood level
and tried to pump the excess water out. (Under extremely high flow rate conditions
the machine may overfill during the "top-up" routine in agitate.) After pumping for
30 seconds, it has been unable to lower the water level below the flood level. Either
the water valves have stuck on and are letting water in at a flow rate that is higher
than the pump can handle, or the pump is blocked and can't remove the excess
water.
Primary Source: Water Valves.
Action:
If the water valves are on continuously, check that the water valves turn off
mechanically (remove power from machine).
Secondary Source: .Pump system
Action:
Check pump for blockage and drain hose for correct height and kinking
Tertiary Source: Motor Controller module.
Action:
If water valves are being driven on electrically, replace Motor Controller
module.
37. (00100101) Phase 1 to 6 - Pump Blocked Error ( No change in the water
level)
While draining, the water level reading from the pressure sensor has not changed
for over 3 minutes. There are three likely reasons for this fault. One is that the
drain hose or the pressure switch hose has been squashed or kinked and the pump
out rate has been dramatically reduced. The second possibility is that the pump is
partially or fully blocked. The third is that the pump is not operating due to Motor
Controller module, wiring or pump failure. This fault could also appear if the
machine is pumping to an unusually high head of drain hose or into an extended
length of drain hose. The Fourth possibility is a diverter valve fault or blockage,
water level is not altering as the diverter is stuck in the recirculation mode, giving
the module the appearance the pump is not lowering the water level.
Primary Source: Pump System.
Action:
1) Check that the drain hose has not been kinked.
2) Check the length of the drain hose and try to reduce the length if excessively
long. A 39 inch (1 metre) extension hose of the same diameter fitted to the
existing drain hose is the maximum allowable length.
3) Check for open circuit windings in the pump. (Note: Pumps are fitted with a
thermal cut-out, which will reset on cooling.)
4) If the Tub is empty of water, remove the pump from the pump housing and
check that it is not blocked. Also check the drain hose is not blocked.

by removing the top deck and Basket. Bail out the water, remove the pump

the voltage across the terminals of the wax actuator, if a reading of 120V is
achieved the motor controller has failed due to the valve and both will need to be
replaced.
Secondary: Check for blockage in the valve itself or a broken hinge mechanism.

What does fault code 51 mean?

Error code 51 usually means a faulty diverter valve. Try and run a wash cycle, and observe the drain hose. If water comes out, the diverter valve should be fine, if no water comes out you should take your diverter valve out and check for debris, or continue to read through the following possibilities of why your washing machine is acting up, and the actions to take.

1. Diverter valve
Action - Check diverter valve continuity. If open circuit, replace diverter valve.

2. Motor Controller Board (drive circuitry blown).
Action - Replace Motor Controller Board
3. Diverter valve harness/connectors.
Action - Replace wiring harness

I have a fisher & paykel IW810 washing machine that will not fill the bowl with water. While filling, it is also pumping the water out, in the autowater level sensing mode. I have gone into the command...

hi, reading your posting it tells me that the machine will fill on traditional wash but on auto fill mode it pumps the water out at the same time it is filling. i"m pretty sure it is your diverter . on auto fill mode it fills a little bit then the pump comes on and recirculates your water by pumping the water from the bottom of the bowl to the top of the bowl over the clothes. on auto fill mode it also activates the diverter to pump the water back to the bowl. on your machine the diverter is stuck in the drain out position so when it trys to recirculate the water it drains out the water instead . the problem could be a faulty diverter, control module or a broken wire.hope this helps, please reply if you need more help. good luck.
