I have a GE Spacemaker Over-The-Range Microwave Model #JVM1533WD002 that has worked perfectly for 10 years. Now everything still works, except it doesn't heat the food. Where is the fuse located and how...

A common symptom of a failed magnetron is a failure to heat with everything else (magnetron fan, stirrer, timer, etc.) working fine. Check the GE manufacture date for the unit on its nameplate to determine the age of the magnetron. For GE models of the past, magnetrons had a 10 year parts replacement warranty. Magnetrons can be expensive, so you need to weigh all your options, i.e., repair versus replacement, before you commit to one solution.

GE Spacemaker microwave Model #JVM1650WB 002 is not heating anymore. All other functions are OK. How can I repair?

remove the cover; you will see a large white ceramic cylinder fuse in clips, on top; replace it: radio shack sells the part.

Everything works except it doent heat up the food

Probably a burned out magnatron. Repair costs approach and sometimes exceed the cost of a new one! Get a new one.

Everything works except heat

Sounds like you've had a failure in the microwave portion of the unit.

Microwave not heating problems when the timer/controller board appears to function properly, are related to the following components -

1) Diode
2) Capacitor
3) Transformer
4) Magnetron
