I don't know. User manuals for the Drypix machines do NOT provide an error code. It is more likely to be in a service manual. Here is a page of people who have had this problem. It includes their email addresses. As this is used in a medical environment, they consequentially must have addressed the problem somehow. Try their email addresses and see if you can get a response. Otherwise, you probably will have to contact a Fuji service tech. I can't find the error codes published on the web.
There might be an accessible service manual at the following site if you "signed up" for it. But I don't promote use of such sites simply because I have no way of assessing whether or not it is a malicious link and heaven help you if you allow a hacker to get into your medical office computers. yes. usually soldered on to the main board. Goes flat after a few years and camera will not store date and time or any of your settings when you take the batteries out
