1. Check the fuel pressure, it should hold pressure when the key is turned off. The specification is 49 Pounds Per Square Inch (PSI) on this system.
2. Check for any fault codes in the system
3. Check the coolant temp sensor from fault sending1. Check the fuel pressure, it should hold pressure when the key is turned off. The specification is 49 Pounds Per Square Inch (PSI) on this system.

Without input from the O2's, the engine goes into fail-safe mode and runs in a full rich fuel trim. When the engine is cold the spark plugs are being "loaded up" with unburnt fuel, and engine stumbles. Hope this helps.
sounds like your fuel pressure regulator is not keeping the fuel pressure and every time you restart it it has to build pressure again.connect a pressure gauge to the fuel rail and check it before starting.
replace the IDLE AIR CONTROL , samething happen to me ...i clean mine at first and it worked for awhile but had to replace it after a couple of months.its on the back side of the throttle body helled on by 2 small bolts
Not knowing your truck, I'm not sure what Dodge calls it but there is a device that monitors the ambient temperature and sets the fuel-air ratio accordingly.
The "Idle air control" can be used for this in some makes. If this or some part of it has failed, the mix is probably not getting enriched enough to ensure reliable cold starting.
