Jensen vm9512 too many passcode attempts screen locked what do i do?

i dont have solution, but i used this one and it seriously worked.

ok i got a hold of audiovox call center and to bypass or unlock your stereo

you have to type on the radios password (very begging) blue screen

5,4,3,2,1,0 this is the factory reset for all the jesen i hope

it worked for my VM9512 !!!!!! with the lost user password
