parts no. 5 prob not the exact same as urs but similar but u can check this by taking it off then reconnecting the wire connector get a light and see if the valves are closing
what this part does is shuts off the hot water to the interrior radiator in the car so it cools down and ur cool air starts flowing and when u want hot air the valve opens and lets the rad heat up so u get hot air
The blower motor relay is located in behind the climate control center mounted to the ac box.The window relays are located in the power distribution center under the hood number k-5 and k-7.
the problem is your blower relay. take your car to any autozone store and they will put it on their computer for free, verify your problem and even assist you in replacing the relay which is merely unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one
If the blower for the vents turns on and off at will, then the finals stage for the blower has failed. This controls the blower speed, its located on the right side of heater box under the dash. Google x5 final stage.
When servicing ac systems they are charged according to pressure. If you don't know how much refrigerant to put in i don't recommend you attempt it. The system can be damaged if it is overcharged.
