Sir/Mam the you have the problem under the Di183 but you have di552 check the 183 no such code Sure it is a Di 552 and code is c145E?

There is Registration Sensor located near the bypass tray.Please clean the sensor or else replace the sensor or DC board.Orelse please check the pick up roller solenied switch( spounge in solenied may be torn out replace with another spounge)

IF you can find a fuser. The Di 350 is a legacy Minolta, now Konica Minolta. mite be able to find refurbished unit. If accordion check to make sure the pick fingers are not broken they prevent paper from wrapping around the fuser roller. one mite be broken causing it to hit it.

Directly below the drum section is assemble called the transfer/separation assy. the purpose of this unit is two fold. (It houses to very thin gold plated wires) One wire is what helps the transfer of the image from the drum to the paper. Since the paper goes between this wire and the drum, the second wire prevent the paper from sticking to the drum during the transfer process. The code you have been getting means either wire mite be broke, has to cleaned (because of all the toner on it from the drum assy. which need to removed and cleaned. Or The end blocks that hold the wires are getting old and allowing the High Voltage that is applied to the wire during the copy/print process are breaking down allowing the high voltage to ground. Open close the front door to clear. if it comes back have qualified tech look at it.

maybe the paper sensor actuator is not moving or mis align

you probably need you fuser rebuilt. the heat roller melts the toner into the papew. it is covered in teflon. over time the teflon wears off anf toner sticks to it causing paper jams when the copier gets hot

I strongly recommend a service tech. It sounds like you will need a PM kit,fuser claws and a few DFP rollers.

c0920 is the 1st paper drawer motor.
since the paper jammed the motor path, so the paper deck cannot come up, just pick up the paper n re insert the paper deck..problem solved..

Hi Daryl, what does the paper look like? Is there a "nick" in the leading edge of the paper or any signs of damage to the paper? Remove it carefully an look, but be careful cause the toner isn't fused yet, so it will get on your hands and clothes.
