Those are just Block Diagrams, not schematics........

@Ahmed,

What you are looking for are Power MOSFET's.

They are based on the SOIC-8 narrow - Package,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SOIC-8

Small Outline Integrated Circuit - 8
There are EIGHT J-leads......4 on each side

Don't believe you are going to need a schematic, Amhed.
(Man, I like that name! Pretty cool!)

What you are looking for is the DC - DC circuit on the motherboard.
(DC to DC circuit)
This will be where the DC Power Harness plugs in.

[The DC Power Jack (DC_IN) is the jack on the laptop, that the AC adapter (Charger); plugs into.
With your model the DC Power Jack is attached to a cable, and the cable ends in a small white male plug connector.
It is now a DC Power Harness,

http://www.ebay.com/itm/TOSHIBA-Satellite-L300-Series-Laptop-DC-Power-Jack-Connector-Cable-Socket-PJ130-/200828538465?pt=Laptop_Adapters_Chargers&hash=item2ec2504e61 ]

The DC Power Harness plugs into the motherboard, on the Top side of the motherboard.

Now turn the motherboard over, and look at the same area; on the Bottom side of the motherboard.
(Bottom side has Processor, and Ram Memory)

http://www.auctiva.com/hostedimages/showimage.aspx?gid=1456843&ppid=1122&image=598666972&images=598666972,598666993,598667028,598667048,598667063,598667089,598667104&formats=0,0,0,0,0,0,0&format=0

See if any of those Power MOSFET's are burned.

Using the HP Pavilion dv6000 series, and Pavilion dv9000 series of Notebook PC's, as an example,

http://mayohardware.blogspot.com/2010/04/important-parts-on-dv6000-and-dv9000.html

These two series use a Fairchild Semiconductor Industries - FDS6679 - Power MOSFET; and an Alpha & Omega LTD - AO4407 - Power MOSFET.

Just giving you more pictorial info on what you are looking for.

The FDS6679, and the AO4407 are now OBSOLETE.
That is OK. There are cross reference match examples, given,

http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Fairchild-Semiconductor/FDS6679AZ/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMshyDBzk1%2fWi1qxDdW%2fXBi2qgMuZEfLVO4%3d

Cost? $1.01 USD

http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Diodes-Inc/DMP3020LSS-13/?qs=%2fha2pyFadujguNNSgppBRqXbOxXLwzGsZm9SWxz1EqWpzoSJOpHpWA%3d%3d

Cost? 78 Cents USD

No? Not good enough? Part number/s are burned off?

I'd go down to the nearest Toshiba authorized repair shop, and talk to the head tech. Tell the person you just need to know the part number of those P.MOSFET's, and how much would it cost to find out?

Ask him/her about the Solid Polymer Capacitors too.
(Aluminum 'can' with Red mark on one side; on Top)

Also ask what Capacitance, and Voltage are used for the Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors.
(MLCC)

Those are SMD/SMT, just like the P.MOSFET's.
(Surface Mount Device/Surface Mount Technology)

This is an example of one. I'm going to use 4.7uF (Microfarad), and 16 Volts; for the example,

SOURCE: My toshiba satellite a100 Laptop is no charging

If its still under warranty then give it for repairs. Does this laptop have a DC input slot, if so use that since it will bypass the power IC and directly feed the requisite power for operation & charge the batteries too........sodeep.
PS: Laptop replacement of any IC is very intricate and should be done by the manufacturer through their authorised service center. Don't worry there are authorised Service Centers in India, but where do you recide? Then I might be able to send the nearest authorised Service Center address.

You can see if it is in the manuals.

Get online and got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "Toshiba Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating system when requested. Look for Manuals and Documents.

When I plug the power cord it won't boot. I need to charge the batterry first so I could use it. What is the possible trouble.

It sounds like you need a new power cord. The power cord may be giving just enough juice to charge the battery, but not enough to charge WHILE running. You can pick up a universal power supply from Radio Shack to diagnose if this is the issue. If it is, you can either keep the universal supply or return it and pick up a power supply from e-bay or toshiba.com. Just put in your model number with the toshiba link and look for "accessories", then find the power supplies.

Toshiba satellite Pro m10 power on password

If you power it on and get a "password=_" prompt, then it has a CMOS password set. The only known way around it is to buy or make your own parallel port key (aka parallel port password removal key - schematics are available free on the Internet) - which will clear the CMOS and set it back to its default state with no passwords.

I need a schematic diagram for the motherboard. anyone know which site i can get it from?

Technical information like that is not available. I am a Toshiba Repairer and the service information does not include that information.
The technology is too advanced I suppose they think and anyway, how many people apart from me has an infrared precision desoldering and rework station that cost £7500 second hand!
What is the problem, perhaps I can help?
