Check your model number....vf-0060 is not listed on the creative website for the drivers/software you need.

If no driver is available try using the older OS software in Compatibility Mode
Right click on the webcam icon on your desktop or the webcam file from 'All Programs' - select 'Properties'
Select the 'Compatibility' tab
Select 'Compatibility Mode'
Use the dropbox to show the OS
Click OK
Restart your computer
