You have to check if it has a pipe that you connect to external water supply. The filter is connected to this pipe.

there is a defrost mode that melts any frost or ice on the evaporator coils and drains it into a pan under the fridge. if that drain is blocked, the water will pool inside. also check the door seals. if warm moist air leaks in, it'll condense on the cold interior and pool as well.

Defrost the unit for two days with the doors open...I know you're going to lose your contents. You may have ice on the coils internally. Next make sure you've cleaned the external coils under the unit. Leaving liquids open inside the unit or setting it colder than required will both cause issues like the ones you've got.
