How do I use my Whirlpool bath?

I've moved into a house with a whirlpool bath with no instructions or anything on how to use it, not even sure what the real name for it is. There are several small jets at the bottom of the bath but thats it. There is a push down button on the top of the bath rim and a big gold dome shaped thing that doesn't move. we have tried pressing the button and pressing and holding but nothing happens, have you anyidea how to use it?

Youneed to make sure that the switch is on first .their should be a switch for the tub on the wall somewhere.find the switch than push the button on the tub, also make sure that their is water in the tub that is past the jets before pushing the button on the tub.

How to clean a whirlpool bath tub

There are three main things to tackle when cleaning a hot tub or whirlpool bath. Those things are:

1. Bacteria
2. Grease
3. Grime and dirt

To address all three of these issues you'll likely need separate products. There are liquid versions of the degreaser and cleaner, and there are tablet versions for sanitizing.

Simply fill up the whirlpool bath with warm water, put the cleaning liquid in the cleaning outlet (or if you don't have this, just pour it into the bath). Put the tablet in the bath and then just run it.

This should do the job.

I'm following the instructions on my Whirlpool range to clean the oven. I've done everything the instructions said, but it won't get going. ( set the knob to clean, set start and stop knobs...

Might be a typo in the manual typically the latch is moved to the right to close and after clean is over move to the left to open. BE SURE TO REMOVE RACKS BEFORE CLEANING

Difference tubs and air baths

whirlpool tub has jets that circulate the water, where an air bath uses bubbles that rise gently from the bottom of the tub. Whirlpools are typically used for therapy, air baths are used for a much gentler experience. Air baths can be used with aromatherapy/essential oils. Both offer a spa-like experience.

When we move the drum, even with our hand, about 1/2 way through, there is a loud clicking, popping type noise? Sounds like a train is coming through the house before it stops the cycle?
