Those are two manufacturers of watch movements used to produce all INVICTA watches. RONDA is Swiss company and MIYOTA is Japanese. Check out both to find an exact match to your particular watch.

I couldn't find your model, but no worries - Invicta is using Ronda (Swiss) or Miyota (Japan) movements. So, check them out and you will find yours.
