Dont know how 2 put video files in mpman ct20

1.connect mp to usb port.
2.open music files folder.
3.drag files to mp3 through my computer...

Just make sure that your video files are in .MP4 format and put them in ms0:/VIDEO folder (ms0 is your memory card's root directory)

i get the same problem

Found that you must load single music track files, as my MP-CS255 wont play them if in folder. Hope this of help. Long time to wait, perhaps you have answer.

I had a similar problem with a MPMan. It seems the mains charger supplied with it simply does not work. Try charging the player by connnecting it to a USB port of a running computer and leaving it there for several hours. It may then work!
