If you are facing a error code 32 so does not mean it is a specific reason of this error. If you have the NOD32 ESET antivirus. you can fix it by uninstalling the antivirus. Telly should work normally again after removing the antivirus..

on wifi? on certain web pages. try changing the channel of you wifi router. you may be getting interference

0x80029c4a is often related to a MS library error.. it can't load the correct library. There are various ways to try to fix this error depending on the software/application your using.. (most commonly this issue occurs with outlook) If your running the 32 bit version on top of a 64-bit platform you can try running the 64-bit application instead of the 32-bit. You can also try re-installing the application to see if that fixes the error. Without knowing the exact application version & any other problems you might be having thats all I can advise at the moment.
