Cdx-gt520 wont turn on

Have checked all fuses they are fine. The car is a 94 dodge shadow the radio worked when bought, the previous radio in car worked fine. All colored wires are directly twisted to the matching color. But the radio wont come on. Tried the 12-v yellow wire together and on the hotwire running to battery and nothing.

Sony cdx -m8800

Remove the radio, disconnect the blue wire, and connect the blue/white wire in its place. This should fix your problem.
