I have a New Ducane High Efficiency Furnace - It will operate for about 20 minutes before shutting down with error code 3, which indicates "no pressure with inducer on". After shutdown, it spills water out of the condensate drain, waits 5 minutes comes back on and repeats this cycle 4 times. Then it shuts down and flashes an error code 6 "Pressure switch lockout". without coming back on until turned off at the switch and rebooted.
Clogged condensate drain.
Check your drain line. It appears that water is not draining and backing up into the furnace. Is there a drain trap? If not or if there is no vent on the drain line there can be a vacuum created when the furnace is running and it actually pulls water back into the furnace and when the inducer shuts off it releases the vacuum allowing the water to drain.

Looks as if your boiler is over firing (extended run) you probably have a faulty sensing thermostatic probe causing this the switch you are resetting is a safty pressure switch it is designed to keep the pressure from building which could cause the boiler to explode.
