How to remove broken off needle from pfaff machine why is bobbin not working

Where is the broken needle stuck? The broken upper part should just come out like a regular needle (via the needle-screw). If the broken tip is stuck, try removing the bobbin case from the machine. When that is released, everything under the needleplate should be accessible.

If the needle is hitting, most likely your machine has been knocked out of time (which frequently occurs when the needle strikes something it shouldn't). Search for sewing machine timing or take it for service.

Needle shaft stuck. Machine won't work.

It's possible that you have threads wound somewhere inside the machine. Likely places are the tension unit and near the hand wheel.

The needle has got stuck and does not come up when the handwheel is turned counter clockwise.

I would take it to the Sewing Shop. You've probably damaged whatever the needle has wedged itself into ...plus the needle and maybe the mechanism that drives the needle up and down.

Why does stretch fabric keep getting stuck in needle plate?

Your needle may have a slight niche in the end. Run your finger around the tip on the needle. Good Luck...xo

The needle clamp is stuck unable to unscrew to change the needle

You might notice a slit in the clamp's screw; that is designed so that you can use a straight-blade screwdriver to loosen or tighten the screw instead of your fingers, and will turn it for you.

Frequently, while I am sewing, the needle hits something below the guide plate and gets stuck. I have to remove the guide plate and then the needle will release. What is the problem with my machine?

If the needle gets stuck with no thread, The needle is hitting something. Could be needle not up all the way or something needs adjusting. If it gets stuck with thread. It is probably an upper thread tension or threading issue.
