Looping thread under fabric

Yep, it's generally user error. The top thread is not seated completely in the tension disk. Remove the top thread from the machine. ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot and rethread from the beginning. Hopefully, all the adjustments you've made to the machine can be reversed because bobbin adjustments can be difficult to undo.

The bobbin might have a bunch of thread off it inside the compartment here the bobbin is. Also, make sure it's thread correctly, that can goof things up to.

The machine's needle doesn't move

see user manuals check all wire and conect. if engine is running and turns
the pulley and the pin is still trying to tighten the pulley nut on pulley.if belt pulleys or manually by turning the needle does not move then may exist mechanical failure....

It is most likely the bobbin not right I'll send u a pic also make such it's not in reverse after u insert the bobbin hand turn it one the need will go down and pic up the bobbin thread once it does pull up on needle thread and it will come up with it all way start with bottom and top thread out the back also make sure tension is set or it will wad up
