Having alarm clock sound even in vibrate mode

Verizon phones (unless global which the env2 isn't) do not support sim cards. If you are talking about a micro sd card. It goes in under the cover on the right side for the phone. Hope this helped

load them onto your computer and then back on your phone when you set up new card. will probably sync in the my computer file.

well be thankful for that because my phone is extremly loud when it vibrates so if its not on ring it has to beon silent

Yeah, I had that problem too. I thought my phone was broken. -_- My old phone from Verizon is like 4 years old and I JUST got my enV3. On my old phone, I'd have to set the alarm's ringtone to "no ring." But, on my enV3, "no ring" literally means NO ring, no vibration, no notification, no nothing. On the enV3, in order to set your alarm clock to vibration mode, all you have to do is make sure you "master volume" is in vibration mode, but you have to set your alarm's ringtone to something other than "no ring."

i think you may have to get a new phone i had a friend who had an env2 got it wet and now it doesn't work at all. env2's don't like water

I just "personalised" the outdoor profile to set the message alert to silent, while still keeping the ring volume on high.
I also picked the divert call option so the phone doesn't ring.
So I just change the phone profile before I go to sleep and divert my calls.
Kind of an awkward solution..I'm considering getting an alarm clock or just using my old phone's alarm clock
